The PLT® Solas Projectile is specially made to work with the PLT Solas Launching Unit and the PLT Solas Launching Tube. It has 250 meters of pre- installed 3.2 mm nylon line. The line has a breaking strength of 2000 N and both the projectile and line float. When the line is dry and clean, the launching distance is between 230-250 m.
OPERATIONS:
To comply with IMO SOLAS 74/96 regulations, you must have at least 4 x PLT Solas Projectiles on board
