Manufactured from drop forged chrome vanadium steel. Precision hardened and anticorrosion treated. Unique measurement scale gives rapid guide to size of nuts and can also be used to make approximate measurements of sheet metal thickness, bars, tubing and screws etc. Easy to set jaw opening with a wide section channel and coarsely knurled adjusting screw. Exceeds ISO and US standards for strength- equally strong in either direction. Jaw shank is completely concealed in handle for better accessibility.
